What if thats what they needed the Meteor Material for? They might need it to scrub the Air in their Domes and that is why it is worth so much in the Future. At least I'd imagine that to be the rarest material in such a World. Right?

Yes, but I am referring to my hope that it does not become too much like Lost. I watched Lost every week, it was mind boggling at times. I just don't want the Dino version of Lost. With another magic island that may or may not have been purgatory.
