That promo is so misleading and is gonna make a few people alittle mad when they find out Misha/Jimmy/Castiel isn't in episode 16. From what i've read, hes not set to return until episode 17, unless somethings changed And according to what i've read:

They find him in a mental hospital. Maybe they find him when Sam finally loses it and ends up in their with him.

It seemed like since the show isn't coming on for 4 weeks they could have possibly shown us previews of the next two episodes instead of just the one. I have no idea (other than the Sam in the Mental Hospital parts) what's going to be up with the kid.

I do too but just think of it this way. After the 16th it's going to be pretty much SPN every Friday night until the finale in June.
