Yes. The closest thing I could find during my research to a self-cleaning house are by means of hiring a maid, or a g/f, or living at parents' and have mother clean it all.

well that's a cliché. i can work with power tools, my mother taught me, and her mother tught her before. I'm also not into trinkets, all i buy has a true meaning to me. and refferring to the living room: would you prefer havinga nice looking, good smelling and clean living room or a dark and dirty bachelor's room with wempty beer bottles all around?
