Could be common place for Jared to go around like that for whatever reason so everyone is used to it. Or...he lost a bet.

OMG, the cowboy picture of Jared was awesome! I don't know if it's a manip/Photoshop deal, it could be but ...it was soooo cool. I noticed his hair was shorter, like season one short. Which made it such a cute (BIG) picture.
