I'll take an angsty, end of his rope Dean...'toys' are optional. I find that unbearable emotional trauma with no other outlet can, in itself, make things 'interesting' if not VERY enthusiastic.

I have too much emotional damage of my own to like my guys rife with it.
Although, I do realize most of you enjoy THIS kind of whump...I find value in both, but from a pragmatic perspective how enthusiastic can the poor man be if everything hurts...

See and I can understand both but, for me, I find emotional hurt so much worse; like I find it hard to breathe sometimes it hurst so much so I tend to prefer the physical. BUT! I don't like that much whump.. like I said, I like soft tissue stuff so bruises, sprains, strains, pulled muscles, etc.. They are whumpy but not life threatening.
