I can't stop caffeine. I still drink coffee and tea. But I'm going for a while without pop, healthy right?

I cannot stop drinking soda...I don't drink as much soda as I used to but I still drink it. I stick mainlyto diet soda. With the occasional Jones' (zero calorie) Zilch Vanilla Bean Soda, it's yummy! And I drink coffee and tea, just started with the coffee drinking so I think I'm safe there. Tea I've been drinking most my life.

I can't wait to try the cupcakes. I think I'll make them just before Valentines Day.

I'm back! Sorry, dinner. Had me a Happy Meal. Oh, and I strained by right calf muscle (for a second time). It doesn't hurt but the calf muscle is a bit swollen, I have it wrapped now...will sleep with it elevated tonight. Think I need Dean to message it.
