Yup, it was when they were shooting the ep where they're after Bela, and they find all these wigs in the drawer. Jensen was just messing around with it.

Thanks. You did a great job with "playing with them". The colors are amazing! I'm learning to do stuff like that myself now...with Gimp. I do it mostly for icons but now I'm branching out and doctoring pics before I post them...if the need for it is there.
