If you're using Photobucket, click on the thumbnail of the picture you want to make smaller. Then there are a few options, one of them is "resize", if you click on it it gives you options for what size you want. I use either 800x600 or the one that's just smaller than that. It then refreshes the page, says "Image Resized" and gives refreshed URL links etc. I hope that makes sense, feel free to PM me if it doesn't

That way I can only resize them one at the time, right? Is there any way to resize them all at once..? because I have a lot of pics

Unfortunately, I think you can only do them one at a time.
The only other thing I could suggest is trying to find and download a free batch resizing program that will do them all at once. Or you could try changing the settings of your screencapping software to make it capture smaller pics. Other than that, I have no idea, sorry
