Yeah got to agree that his hair on smallville was definitely lighter in colour. Could it be down to lighting on Supernatural though - or not seeing daylight much? lol.

When he plays a coach in Supernatural complete with the red shirt and erm - white socks, lol do you think its a send up of his character on smallville?

The fact aht he doesn't see much light, or I guess that we don't see him in much light, could have something to do with it but I think that they did lighten his hair at least a little.
