Well, one thing I always strive for is getting the proportions right. I just don't like it when people stretch images to fill the space. Just like I can't watch movies unless they're in the correct screen ratio. My husband loves to fill the screen of our big-screen TV, and when the film isn't formatted in 9:16 everybody looks twenty kilos overweight. I can't STAND that, I'd rather take a black box around the image.

Yeah, I know what ya mean.

I've also messed around with the controls in iPhoto. For example, you can make shots look sorta like paintings.

You can also do this with Gimp. But, not as nice as this. I also try a cartoon filter effect but...it never turns out right.

I finally finished the caps from 6x02. Took a while, sorry about that. They are logo-free this time
I know I said it before, but several new pit-dwellers joined us since then, so: if anyone ever needs caps from a certain scene for artwork or anything, the caps I post are resized to match the forum rules, originals are a lot bigger. So, don't hesitate to ask
