              From the trailers it looks like it will be a great season. I was at Celebration VI, but I did not get to see the red carpet premiere.

                    Happily my new job forces me to get up in the mornings so I'm used to being wide awake by 9:30 a.m. now.

                          I think it was only planned to run for about 100 episodes. Can't remember where I saw that though.

                            I don't think it was planned to run a specific number of episodes. George Lucas did say they were going to make at least 100 episodes regardless of ratings, but as far as I know no one ever said they only intended to make 100 episodes.

                              As far as I can remember, Livestick has the right of it. I seem to recall the statement being 'at least 100 episodes regardless of ratings' as well.

                              And while I do hope it goes on, I would be interested to see them use the TCW animation style to do one-off (or miniseries, whatever) stories down the line from whichever era. So long as they don't futz up the KOTOR/TOR era.

                                That has to be what I was thinking of.

                                I wouldn't mind seeing them cover a different era in a cartoon. Hopefully from the distant past.
