Andy Dick was the model for the EMI Mk. II.

Which episode did this quote come from and quote said it?
"You lost 20 years of your life to the Borg. I'd say that's punishment enough."

That is Janeway obviously talking to 7 of 9 in the season 7 VOY episode about a damaged Starship carrying prisoners for transfer (I don't remember the title)

(Who gave the quote? and from what episode? - Hint: the epi has the characters name it)
"Perhaps there is a correlation between humor and sex. The need for more investigation is clearly indicated."

He was the actor. The intended model was Dr. Bashir.

Incorrect. Dr. Bashir was the model for the LMH (Dr. Zimmeran's own words), not the EMH Mk. II. The official credits for "Message in a Bottle" corroborate this.

That was the medical book that Bones (Dr. McCoy) wrote

Who did we see use the book "Comparative Alien Physiology"? - and for what purpose did they need to use this book?

I remember in Future's End--that Voyager 2-parter--that LA was the victim of a massive quake. I forgot who mentioned it, either Chakotay or Janeway, but LA ended up in the Pacific.

And now for something very different for this thread. It's been said that a picture is worth a thousand words:

What are we looking at in this picture?

I think you can be a bit more specific than that--specifically what the green dots are on that astrometric map.
