My favorite lines would have to be the "I'm a doctor not a...." lines that were such a staple of the franchise

I did however enjoy Sisko clobbering Q in a boxing ring that Q had conjured:

"You hit me...Picard never hit me"...."I'm not Picard"

I would've been like "Picard had the patience of a saint...I don't"

And Guinan stabbing Q with the fork "Seems real enough to me"....yup....she stuck a fork in him cuz he was done

You can tell that I very much enjoy eps where Q gets his just desserts

I would've dearly loved to watch an actual battle of supernatural powers between Guinan and Q....Q actually backed down from a chance to smite somebody in the ep where he flung the Enterprise into the Delta Quadrant (System J-25 was in the Delta Quadrant I believe)....that tells me that though he made a pithy retort when he backed down he was probably afraid of just what powers Guinan might have
