Yes. DS9 started during TNG S6, and its first episode featured the Enterprise docked at the station. voyager started during DS9 S3 and its first episode also featured the ship docked at the station before launching into the Badlands misadventure.

I remember a website which has a very good timeline.
But I don't remember the URL..
Memory Alpha has a section that covers the timeline of the galaxy and how all of the Trek universe fits into it. There's also a category that covers the entire timeline. Though, it would probably take till the end of time itself to read through it all.
