I posted this in the season 4 thread. What happened to the Helen in the Tempus timeline?
Wouldn't there have been two of them coming down the 113 years?

There would have been two from the point when Helen went back and the time she arrived in the past. More will be explained later in the season.

AFAIK that particular outfit was only used in the webisodes. When they transitioned to a regular series that outfit didn't the transistion.

Now you mention it, that's also how I remember it. I think one of my favorite outfits is the one from Breach, but the two of them can't really be compared
