I know Amanda has been keeping busy as a director, but I miss seeing her act. The only two shows I'm watching on TV right now are Marvel's Agents of SHIELD and Cedar Cove. I think Amanda and Ming-Na would be great together - they seemed to enjoy each other a lot in the Women of Stargate interview they did when SGU was just starting). And Amanda and Teryl - what is there to say??? For Agents of SHIELD, I'd love for Amanda to play something really different - a computer hacker with tattoos (no, I haven't seen or read The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, but I suppose I'm thinking an older version of that). I think she commented at a recent convention that she seems to only play not-so-nice characters since Stargate and Sanctuary. I think I'd like to see her a play a rather serious, focused character, but not necessarily mean or evil. As for Cedar Cove - I would love to see Amanda and Teryl do ANYTHING together. They are just too cute. Perhaps Amanda could play Cliff's half-sister or step-sister? I'm pretty sure when they talked about Tom Harding (Cliff's dad), they only talked about a wife and son. And the song Tom wrote was about how much he loved his son, so I doubt there were other kids. But Tom's mother could have remarried. OR Amanda could be Cliff's ex-wife!!! Oooh...possibilities. I don't write fanfic, but I wish someone could write some of this for me!

A second choice would be if Amanda got to direct for either of those shows. Cedar Cove certainly seems plausible considering that it is filmed in Canada and there are Stargate folk working on it (producing and such).

It would be fun to have seen Helen's wardrobe throughout the ages. She lived through 113 years twice - so she may have worn more conservative clothes the first time around, but not the second, right? But really, I somehow doubt Helen ever wore anything like this outfit.
