For the Supernatural watchers out there - would it be possible for someone to explain to a non-Supernatural watcher (though I did catch some of the first season, so I know the basic principles of the show) - who Naomi is and what was going on with her this whole season? I got the idea that you aren't sure if she is actually a good guy or a bad guy.

Backstory: upon hearing that Amanda Tapping would be playing a recurring character on Supernatural this season, I thought, "I'll go back and watch the first 7 seasons and then really enjoy the season with Amanda in it!" (You see, back in the day, I was actually a Farscape fan that started watching Stargate because of Ben Browder and Claudia Black. I then discovered what a wonderful show Stargate was and Amanda Tapping became one of my FAVORITE actresses of all time. While I was able to watch 9 1/2 seasons of Stargate in about 3 months, I have not been able to watch Supernatural in the same way. It's not a bad show, but I haven't been able to throw myself into it.)

Anyway, I would be EVER so grateful if someone could write up a summary about this season. I suppose it should be in spoilers, in case there are people watching Supernatural now that have missed some recent episodes or something.
