I love this episode! That was *every* bit the three week wait.

Edit: Though I will say that the only thing that I was disappointed about was the lack of any flashbacks or information regarding their prior life in England. If only it could have been a two part episode!

I am so with you on that! i would have loved to have seen a flash back or two regarding their life in England. But the "I love you. For all eternity. Remember that." Just killed me. I was like OMFGS no Way!! He said that in front of everyone!!!! w00t!!

Oh yes this relationship is tragic but still the preferable one. I could so see the small light of hope in Helen's eyes.... well what I wanted to be hope... lol!!

Loved the idea of John as a tortured hero (with self-sacrifice and all) and their love as an impossible love (for all eternity *sigh*)

Helen/John is easily, by a mile, the angstiest ship I have ever ship *huge sigh*
