Tara Dublin, she's one of the background actors at the precinct. Apparently "her" desk is next to Hank/Nick. She also writes as "Detective Dublin" for a News-Site (and had just finished a novel she hopes will be published).

As far as I've understand it BELLO is more an ... let me say, online magazine you can buy via iTunes.
And thanks for the info. Seems really like the one I made. If this is so it's getting famous !
BTW, I made from every of the BELLO-photos huge copies (more than 2000 pixels high). Unfortunately PB shrinks now everything you upload and Team Giuntoli's Gallery (where I uploaded smaller versions) has a limit how big a pic-file has to be. Such big pics also are huge in size so ... unfortunately I haven't found a source where I can upload them without losing the size
