Also have found a couple more tidbits. The stars of the shpow get asked by TV Guide what they would have as theuir own sigil, and what would be their first Royal Command.

Couple of observations there. Mark Addy seems to be rather like King Robert with his love of beer, and Nicolaj Coster-Waldau likes Fawltay Towers, making him seem even more likeable.

Just got the soundtrack and listening now. Might just start a Music Appreciation thread sometime soon. My early favourite is Small Pack of Wolves (Plays during the Ned/Jaime fight at the end of Wolf and Lion). The tracks that haven't been used yet - Finale and Fire and Blood for two - are great too.

Almost the same dates and same schedule as season 1 apparently so expect dates for airing to probably remain the same, probably mid April 2012 will see season 2 onscreen.

Other news, Game of Thrones will have a comic con panel this year.

It will be moderated by George RR Martin and the guest list is to inlcude David Benioff, D.B. Weiss, Emilia Clarke, Peter Dinklage, Kit Harington, Jason Momoa, and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. Also more members of the panel may be announced later, these probably being new season 2 cast members.

Anyone else thinking about doing an episode 1-9 rewatch to make the weekend go away faster? I might just do that, mostly because I wonder what I'll catch that I missed before and stuff. I mean, think about how the Starks found the direwolf pups - a stag and a wolf killed each other (Not suggesting Robert killed Ned or vice versa, but their actions lead to their deaths), and all that remained was the kids. Neat-o.
