It'll never happen. Even it it were possible, would you really want some random people getting hold of the rights and doing stupid things?

Great concept, but realistically speaking, the chances of success are slim. I mean even if somehow the rights were obtained, you'd need funding from somewhere to produce this. And what about director and actors?

I do wish this the best of luck though, Firefly still remains one of my favorite series of all time.

It's one of my faves, too, but the magic of the product was in all the ingredients. Are they really talking about making a Firefly season without Joss? That's like.... making chocolate chips cookies without the... I dunno.... flour, the stuff that holds all the YUMMY things together.

I don't think Josh would sell the rights for Firefly to anybody. I'd love to have a season 2, but I don't think it would work with new people and don't forget what happened in Serenity with certain characters...

i read that nathen fillion wouldnt do another series unless its orginal team and producers etc

so basicually it aint going to happen
