River's School Teacher Jumps Bones

Canadian beauty Tamara Taylor, who played young River's school teacher in Serenity, has joined TV series Bones.

Taylor's character, Dr. Camille "Cam" Saroyan, is the new boss at the Jeffersonian Institution, and she has a romantic history with Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz).

Bones airs Wednesday at 8/7c on FOX in the US, on Global in Canada.

Any idea if she is a main character or a recurring quest star in Bones?

But enough of the innuendo...

As for her role on the show, I like the idea of her character, but I don't think she was the best choice for the part. I don't really see the chemistry between Cam and Bones, or between Cam and Booth.
