A lot of the humor for me came was because the Donna & the Doc kept missing each other by a few seconds each time they got near each other. That little tension was paid off with the great pantomimed conversation at Adipose HQ.

I really love this episode. My fave part is where Donna se's the Doctor on the window washer and they are having that hand gesture lip conversation.... so hilarious!!!
