What would you rather see in a TOS show?

#1 A movie that reboots the original series that could possibly turn into a new series

or

#2 A continuation of TOS that scraps the train wreck of Galactica 1980 and picks up where TOS leaves off? (Richard Hatch has attempted to do this on his own dime)

I would rather see #2

If not, I really don't see much of a difference between the two options.

There is talk of a theater movie coming out that reboots TOS. The 2004 one was a re imagining. Based on the series, but not canon. If the movie goes well, it could result in a new series.

Personally, I would like to see the original series picked up where it was cancelled.
