Canada's SPACE channel won't be airing the two half-hour BSG specials, and hasn't yet announced a start date for BSG's 4th season. Currently, the 3rd season is repeating on Sunday nights.

Any news from other non-US locations?

Their online schedule has it on Tuesday April 8th (9pm).
They're showing those two Sci-Fi things ("The Phenomenon" [good God, that's over the top...] and that other one) the week before.
