For some reason today i kept thinking that baltar will be the one who will die because i read somewhere he is on trial so i believe he will be sentence to death and he will be the one killed because they kept showing the trailer on scifi today on the marathon u know the one when thy are say one will die one is a cylon and one will find earth for some reason i belive it is him.

I've not seen that trailer.

But my theory is that Baltar, being the genious that he is will somehow manage to survive. If he can escape an apocalypse, then i think he can escape a trial.
