There's so many great quotes and speeches in B5. One of my favourites is by Ivanova in "Points of Departure". It was something about changing seating arrangements to inside the fusion reactor.

JMS has said many times that there was no missing kiss scene. Just some bad editing at that point. Check the Lurker's Guide page for that episode, he details the issues with that sequence of shots. The Ivanova wiki page also has a brief synopsis of that scene, and their whole dang relationship.
