The Kosh question.

Yeah, Kosh was great, and I loved the way the Vorlons weren't quite so altruistic as other races believed.
Another great alien was the insectoid N'Grath. Sadly we didn't see much of him after season 1.

In season 1, I was SO hoping the Vorlons turned out to be those insectoids in disguise, preparing for their invasion. Of course, I was 15 at the time...

The methane-breathing, arms-dealing insect was a treat that season. Alas, went bye-bye.

JMS said that Kosh wasn't the one of the oldest Vorlon, but old enough to know what was going on and challenge it as best he could. In my head, he's definitely at least a million years old, if only because that million year mark is such a nice and round one for a potentially immortal energy being.

JMS weighed in on Kosh's age in comparison to Ulkesh's:
"They're not that far apart in age, but yes, Kosh would be a bit older. "

I'll put it to you this way...Kosh was old enough to have had a first hand familiarity with Valen. Vorlons live a REAL long time.
