Nope. As far as I know this only applies to physical formats, not files. I.e. if I lend you my B5 DVDs, I can't watch them myself at the same time unless we're in the same room, whereas with files it's practically impossible to ensure that giving a file to someone else deletes it from your own computer.

Lets see.
On one side, if show would have kicked in, we would have seen more of G'kar ( befor he past away
) learned more about Babylon 5 Universe, perhapes seen few more cast of original B5 as a guest stars, seen some really cool Space battles.
On another side.... yeah there is nothing on this side.
So to all you Americans out here: Damn people , so many great TV shows have been canceled because of you.
