To nip is to cut, and to tuck is to roll so it can't be seen.
It has to do with plastic surgery. It is slang.

It's also the title of a show about two plastic surgeons. It's a really good show too. One of my favorites.

oh my god i absolutely love this show. its my biggest guilty pleasure! every week i go, how are they going to push the envelope this week, theres nothing else they can do to go more extreme, but every week they make me go "Holy ****" at least once usually more
