It would be a start.
Generic's would be a natural follow on, and living in a country where generics are the norm, I agree that they would be the preferred end point.

I don't disagree with you Soul.
All I am saying is places with a strong capitalist culture will not accept such a change in one hit. We have already seen it before, and will continue to see it until the culture is changed in a fundamental way, and that takes time unfortunately. It shouldn't, but it does.

Yes, every year. But they have been developed and used for a very long time, they are proven by the only test that really matters, long term use.

That is a far different thing than a vaccine that was developed by a hurry-up crash program where testing and other requirements may have been waived for expediency's sake. Sorry, I'm not a "beta tester".
