I've been asking for something like that for cell phones Period.. Disable them when the car is in motion/engine's on.
That gets rid of all the texting and driving accidents.. etc.

I hope every single motorist who was impacted by this wreck, even to the point of simply being delayed as a result of the accident sues the shiznit out of this idiot for costs, lost time, etc.

That makes me wonder. What legal recourse does a home owner/apartment complex owner have to keep away trespassers, who ARE there for the game? I've already heard a few stories from people about how they have seen flower beds trampled on by players running throw people's yards without giving a flying rats ass about the homeowner who owns that yard..
