Yeah, when I read about it, I was wondering where you were. I can't say I've looked deeply into it, your politics make ours look basic, and US politics positively asinine. What is your feeling on the chance of enough groups to come togeather to form a stable government?

Our politics is nuts. Always has been. Not to the degree that it is now, where one party can't accept that they lost, but we've always been nuts.

It can't, more than any one carrier group could control the USA. Do you actually realise how big Australia is? It is as large as the USA. You could take the east coast with one, but that leaves the west coast.

We know what you have and where it is. Does Australia have it's own satellites, capable of giving you that info? Particularly for a moving target?

Ok, so after a day or two you have no air defenses left. With mid-air refueling, that carrier's influence can now cover the continent unchallenged.

Australia is 18 times the size of Iraq. If you overlay it over the Middle East, it would reach into southern Russia in the north, Yemen in the south, Libya in the west and Afghanistan in the east. You're talking about controlling all that with a single carrier strike group stationed somewhere west of Malta.

NASA used a relay, because at times, the mass of the earth would have been between NASA's raidos and the space capsule.

This would not apply to a military operation, as we would simply use satellites that are in geosynchronous orbit above you guys.
And if you don't think the US military has its own satellites which are exclusively for them, think again.
