No wonder I'm too afraid to call you on the phone, that flyer-flower thing would confuse me no end.

But I don't talk like that. Just my grandmother, a couple of my uncles and my uncles kids and they don't live here.

My mom was very, very particular about the way we pronounced our words. She didn't mind us sounding southern, but she didn't want us to sound ignorant. 8) It's very possible to do one without the other.
