Have you ever seen the map found about four hundred years ago in Europe that shows what Antarctica would look like without ice? The amazing part is years later NASA mapped out the continent under the ice via satellite and the original was accurate. Makes you wonder how its possible.
And I'd guess that that's 48% correct. Easy to throw around percentages without having to justify anything, isn't it?
The point is still valid though, despite my own misgivings with anyone guessing at how much is incorrect. Science is an on-going process of evidence, supposition, peer review, acceptance/rejection, new evidence, new supposition, etc etc. It's just the nature of the beast
