Does spam help you in one way or other?

well, unlike bacon, spam is lower in fat than bacon, though you would not know it to look at me, but I found I can eat an entire can of spam at one sitting and if I try to do that with bacon, it just makes sick, the smell just lingers and I need to step outside for a while to breathe some fresh car exhaust.
