I had lamb only once that I can remember, it wasn't bad, though it wasn't any thing to get excited about either, the thing that surprised me was the veal I had, I didn't like it very much, it tasted strange to me, and never had it again, and no, I had no idea what veal was before I ate it.

but I do know how to make mint jelly, and that goes good with lamb, or so I am told, but I do know that it goes good with pork chops, I wonder how mint jelly would do with ham and bacon.
