Thanks for the compliments on my texture, Syfyfan.

Here is my wallpaper based on Sarai's tutorial. I eneded up branching off and doing my own stuff. This is the first artwork I've done in over seven months since having Christopher. I got the idea for the title from a song I was listening to from one of my fave country music singers. The two men portray my original characters in Atlantis and SG1.

Great stuff guys! I am amazed every time I come in here. New textures, new arties...everyone is busy, busy, busy!

I found this pic of sunlight through trees and had to incorporate it into something. Then I remembered a small pic I had of an oriental garden (I think from National Geographic). Not my usual, but I liked how it came out.

Thank you. I added a lens flare and the palette knife filter hides the pixelation from upsizing the pic so much - it was pretty small!

scifan's dark texture got me to thinking about dark scenes and ideas. I'm not sure about the night lighting on Magnus...

More fan fic stuff from me. My own take on RIG's tutorial. I am having fun making stuff again, though I feel a little rusty after so long of not making anything!! Hopefully it won't take me long before I get the hang of things again.
