Hey, everyone. Two banners, basically the same thing, for the challenge entry. I'm not too sure about them, honestly. But I mimicked the style of a friend of mine that I really liked.

I like the second one better. My reasoning is twofold. First, I like the quote better - substituting one for a is more defining, and second, you can see the rest of the team better in the background.

Edit: I forgot to say - I love them both though!!!

Yeah, that was my thought, too. But the original style that I mimicked was black. The white, though, just really stood out to me.

I think that's what struck me about the style, too. It's clean compared to my normally texture-heavy style.

For some reason, when I did it (following the tut almost exactly!) it turned purple instead of red. I don't know why. I really like the purple, though, so I'm not complaining.
