I'm using turkey burgers and turkey bacon and reduced fat cheddar cheese slices....and in the MG special I'm using reduced-fat ice cream, low-fat milk, and sugar free chocolate syrup....that makes it ok right?

this is the virtual world....I can eat and drink what I want without gaining a single pound....

nope...not a virtual 20......probably would've lost a little more weigh this week but my mom and I went to a festival and I indulged in a burger and some fries....oh well....at least I still lost weight...

WW is definitely good.....can occasionally indulge in certain favorite foods and still lose weight....key word OCCASIONALLY.....
