but she's special and I was so looking forward to the new nesting season But ......I have faith that she will get through it.....she can fly above the water after all. It's just the high winds and pounding rains that worry me. But these birds are smart.

I'm worried about the humans too! Praying for everyone and everything! But these little creatures are special.

UPDATE: The new site is saying it doesn't recognize my user name but I think that is for the main site and not the forum. I guess the forum wasn't updated? Anyway......

This videographer actually filmed the eagle nest area and put this up before she actually went to check her own house. Wow that is dedication! But no eagles in sight yet...but that nest and the nest tree survived! That is one amazing nest!!

I do find this over attachment to animals quite worrying. I understand liking your pet an everything...but it's weird once it becomes no different than a child...so much that abandoning them in the rush to escape a catastrophic storm becomes a crime akin to looting. I'm sorry, I am not going to risk my life for a dog or a cat or a bird.
