Seriously? I've been on the phone with Cincinnati Bell for like 2 hours I just want to have internet and phone and not pay a fortune....is that too much to ask? If I try to drop a service like home phone then that actually increases my price because then I'm not bundled....so how does that work exactly??? You are giving me less but charging me more?

well it's not working.... finally got off the phone and got the bill back down to a reasonable amount...it's ridiculous what you have to go through though. I'm really sick of the "Oh we know you need your internet and so we're going to gouge you deal"
