actually, the pesto, cheeses, and tomatoes made it extremely tasty

Meaghan - cut chicken breasts into 3/4 inch medallions, spread lightly with pesto, sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesean, add sliced tomatoes, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
