I've seen that so-called drought...with the Thames flooding its banks! they don't know what a drought IS! come to south Texas. we know drought. 48+days in a row of 100 degree heat, no rain at all for months on end, wildlife dying on the side of the road from thirst. Hrumph - THAT'S drought.
