Ah there it is.

They are tainted because I don't trust the Federal Government. Any program set up for and run by the Federal Government, especially in this case, I don't think I can be one hundred percent certain that the money isn't coming from what I believe to be are illegitimate sources. Especially with what Obama said at the SOU about two years ago now??? Now yes if you can prove to me that it does all come from private charities and private sources then I might relent. But a lot of my points still stand.
