I put puerto rican rum in your pina colada smoothie....just no milk since you don't tolerate it well

They kill my teeth too cold. I froze some for protein shakes though.

So why a smoothie and just not a Pina Colada?

still wanted it to be somewhat smoothie like in consistency....so along with pineapples and coconuts I put in a 100% coconut sorbet instead of yogurt which is what normally goes into smoothies

Oddly enough, as much as milk bothers me, I can eat yogurt just fine *shrugs*

You can't drink many of those. Really am more of a vodka soda gal when it comes to liquor.
My friend made me drink a baby Guinness shot. OMG it was awful, so sweet.

I don't drink and actively avoid eating milk. Makes my inner ears swell up, loads of fun, toss in a migraine and it is a party. I can't eat cheese, sour cream, & yogurt these days. For about a year or two didn't eat hardly any dairy at all. Amazing how a week long migraine will encourage you to avoid a food.
