Because then the U.S of A Gubmint would HAVE to close the Southern Border. And the Democrats won't do that even if someone walks across it and stets off a nuke.

I don't think the USA was ever considered as a option. We were.

But it would make sense. The USA is one of Israel's biggest supporters. I mean you hand them millions of dollars every year that they probably don't need.... Why is that?

It was a thought...

The articles I saw a couple of weeks ago, when Israel was throwing rockets on Gaza, and Hamas was catapulting them right back, it said that the US had given Israel money to improve their Iron Dome shield, and for military research.

I think, but I am not sure, that military research programs benefit both countries.

Currently there is the fight against the extremists from IS, before that it was Al-Qaeda.

I'm sure there are plenty of reasons why the US would want an ally in the middle-east.
