And if you look FH, there's several other states where suits have come AT those ladies only gyms, and all have been defeated. HECK ONE state revised their state's discrimination laws, to EXEMPT female only gyms..

And I wonder why these people who claim to want equal rights, equal protection under the law and such don't go after situations like this?

I've said it before, and I'm sure I'll say it again. Groups who claim to want these things are really interested in one thing and one thing only: Special treatment for themselves.

Although I will admit that it is quite the racket, with at least 1/4 of all handicapped placard owners not really entitled to them, I myself have never even applied for one 'cause I don't feel that I need one.

U.S politicians have been using god in their posturing and campaigning for a lot longer than Trump has been around.
Don't you see? He's doing the "don't look here, look over there" magician's trick. And so far, it's working. But that ain't the main act. The main act is the announcement of blocking transgenders from military service is going to create a firestorm.
Trump is starting a few brush fires and a good size bonfire, just in time to blow the investigation(s) off the front page.

Don't get me wrong Jel, I think it certainly is getting to the point where democrats -would- do it now, the divisions are simply that deep in the current environment that working with "the other" is tantamount to being a traitor, and I don't know what it would take to break that feeling.

All I am gonna say is that if the public knew more about history and politics this may not be happening to this degree. No amount of focusing on STEM fields could prevent this level of stupidity.
