          Actually no, it's not.
It can be but most cases are to relief the weight which is the cause of neck- and backpains.

Actually, states with strict gun laws have lesser shooting victims altogether.

Actually, it used to be a crime, and still is a crime in a lot of places.

He was speaking as the Attorney General.

Sorry, SPLC, you are a private organization with no better legal standing than the organizations you pillory.
Here you go -- the definition of a hate group:

"A hate group is a social group that advocates and practices hatred, hostility, or violence towards members of a race, ethnicity, nation, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other designated sector of society.

According to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), a hate group's "primary purpose is to promote animosity, hostility, and malice against persons belonging to a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or ethnicity/national origin which differs from that of the members of the organization.
          "

          Definition of a hate crime:

"A hate crime is a criminal offense against a person or property motivated in whole or in part by an offender’s bias against a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, or gender identity.

Hate itself is not a crime.
          "

Here's the about-us page from the group where AG Sessions was invited to speech -- Alliance Defending Freedom -- Who We Are

The three things they wish to protect:
          Religious Freedom
          Sanctity of Life
          Marriage and Family

There you go, the last page spreads information which has been proven false, time and time again. Probably why the SPLC puts them under the hate group column -- it is one of the things they look at when they rate groups.

Also, Garhkal -- these guys are right up your ally. Are you sure you're agnost?

But Kathy worked for CNN and that was a branch of the Democratic School of Political Religion. The Repubs have no control over what they do.

I've personally known 8 lasses who got a boob reduction. 3 did it cause of neck/back pain, the others did it just cause they didn't want large ones.. (their words).

Look at Chiraq, detroit and NY.. Compare their murder rates to Texas, Florida or Kentucky.
