So just because someone can explain when they are not violating the Constitution you automatically believe them?
Yes, I've watched. And the answer is I read it every day, so I have as much right to comment as you.

And no, of course not. But when the explanation is sound and the court backs them up more times than it does not, I believe it.

Who said I said that I am think you do not have the right to comment? I am simply saying your interpreations and your opinions are...wrong. But that you are very much free to comment and share your opinions and believe anything you want based on what you think you have seen.

          Interesting.

Just because you disagree does not necessarily make his opinions wrong. You could be far more tactful on that point, by not degrading what he saying, because you disagree.

The constitution is a loosely-made, broad, and barebones document. And I don't think there's a clause that says "you cannot lie to the press."

And I think the administration have a white house press secretary whose job is to say things and don't really lie, but just say things tactfully that bends and spins the truth. And by your rather high standards, all the presidents have been lying then.

He thinks I am wrong and deluded. I think and know otherwise. He is as free to be wrong as he wants as he is also free to believe me to be wrong about the information and facts. I make no quibbles about it, and I do not whine and moan and complain about it. he thinks that Fox News is a Republican propaganda machine, I know thanks to actually watching Fox News that this is a ridiculous and wrong overgeneralization. But yet I could still be wrong too and this is also in the end a matter of opinion. But based on the facts that I have learned and seen on Fox they are many things, a Propaganda machine...for anyone...is not one of them.

The Constitution is a blue print for our Government. As for that it is very specific and very clear in most of what it says. And how it grants freedoms and how the Government can operate. Though it is not as clear in others and is open to interpretation.

                    One small tidbit:

A leaked memo from Fox News vice president Bill Sammon to the News staff during the height of the debate over Health care reform in the United States has been cited as an example of the pro-Republican party bias of Fox News. His memo asked the staff to "use the term ‘government-run health insurance,’ or, when brevity is a concern, ‘government option,’ whenever possible." This memo was sent shortly after Republican pollster Frank Luntz advised Sean Hannity on his Fox show that: "If you call it a public option, the American people are split," he explained. "If you call it the government option, the public is overwhelmingly against it."

Okay, specific and clear? It's one of (if not the) shortest written Constitutions still in use. It's extraordinarily vague in almost everything it says and leaves much of the framework completely open to be built on later. Historians universally acknowledge this because the Founders wanted the government to be able to bend and change with the times and situations, not be locked into something when it wasn't the right course of action.

lol, no it's not, you just contradicted yourself. It leaves things open to interpretation which makes for a very adaptable government, not the constitution itself because amendments are the really the only additions to the constitution and those require a lot of work to pass.
